If you believe you have uncovered a security flaw within Opensee's service, we encourage you to notify us promptly so we can address the issue together.
To report a potential vulnerability, please contact us via email at admin@opensee.io. We commit to acknowledging your email within one week of receipt. We ask that you allow us a reasonable timeframe to resolve the issue before making it public or disclosing it to third parties. Our goal is to address critical issues within ten business days of being notified.
We expect all parties involved to act in good faith, refraining from actions that could compromise privacy, damage data, or disrupt Opensee's services. Please only interact with accounts for which you have explicit permission from the account holder.
